Gnomeo, from Loudon Therapeutic Riding Center, is the PATH, International Therapy Horse of 2020.

Gnomeo is the PATH, International Therapy Horse of 2020.

Gnomeo is an important member of the equine teaching team at Loudoun Therapeutic Riding Center. He is small, 12.1 hands, but he is mighty. His age, 22 years, has given him many experiences and wisdom. He is a seasoned horse show veteran. His wisdom and small stature make him approachable for the smallest and most timid of riders. Gnomeo is also an important part of the Hippotherapy program at LTRC. When he is not in the arena he is traveling to the Middleburg Library for story time. Some readers have verbalized their first spoken words while reading a story to him. The Therapeutic Riding Program of Virginia (TRAV) congratulates Gnomeo and LTRC on their award. We are proud that he represents this industry across the nation and the world from his home in Virginia!!

PATH is doing the awards ceremony on the 11th via Go To Meeting. Please see the PATH website for more info!
