Due to the forecasted weather, we will be pushing back the start time one hour from 9:00 to 10:00.  We will plan to have the annual meeting at the end of the schedule.  Please plan accordingly and we hope to see everyone there!

Annual Meeting and Education Workshops

Blue Ridge Community College – 1 College Ln, Weyer Cave, VA 24486


Cost is $10 to help cover lunch and you need to be a current TRAV member. Please bring exact $10 cash or a check on the day of the meeting if you wish to purchase a box lunch. You must make a choice on the registration form below in order to have a box lunch provided.

You can pay online for your annual membership if you do not currently have one or renew your current membership at the meeting. 


2024 marks the 38th year of service for TRAV. Our dedicated Board members, member centers, and individual members have done an incredible job of expanding the reach of the equine-assisted services world, while strengthening our programs and services. Our program highlights are numerous this year, and we look forward to sharing them at this year’s Annual Meeting.


Notice is hereby given that the TRAV ANNUAL MEEETING will be held in conjunction with an educational workshop on Saturday, February 17, 2024. The meeting will be held at the Blue Ridge Community College – 1 College Ln, Weyer Cave, VA 24486


The purpose of this annual meeting is to:


● Act on any business which may properly come before this meeting
● Share the annual report with our constituents
● Elect new board members to open seats
● Elect Board officers

Please note: Per the TRAV bylaws, Article Three, all new and renewing Member Centers must be
current members of PATH, Intl.

Registration for both the TRAV Annual Meeting and the informational session is FREE OF CHARGE to all registrants.

Continuing Education Units
This conference satisfies up to 3 hours of annual continuing education requirements.

foster equine-assisted activities by offering education and networking opportunities to operating
